WHAT IS A PRESALE?

A PRESALE is a collection of PRE-ORDER items. These include limited edition items.


WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

PRE-ORDER items are made-to-order garments. That means you order them and we make them. All PRE-ORDER items begin shipping by the 16th of the following month from when it was ordered.

"I PURCHASED A PRE-ORDER ITEM ON THE (#) DAY OF (#) MONTH." WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order is being produced. We have not forgotten about you. We care a lot about you. Like a lot, a lot. If you order in N month, your order will be shipped out to you no later than the 16th day of N+1 month. The nuts and bolts are a bit tricky to explain, but it boils down to basic wizardry.


WHAT IF I ORDER A PRE-ORDER ITEM AND A READY NOW ITEM TOGETHER?

If you order both PRE-ORDER and READY NOW items together, your order will follow the shipping timeline of the PRE-ORDER item to make sure you get everything together at once. If you just can't bare the pain of waiting for both items to be sent together, please create two separate orders. This will make sure things remain as cool as humanly possible for you and us.

If you are not satisfied with any product you've purchased, please email customer service immediately to resolve the issue: info@losfelizdispensary.com

If you decide to return any items you've purchased, please consider the following:

  • Check all merchandise for potential damage, defects, or any missing items upon arrival.
  • All returns must be in original, unwashed and unworn, condition.
  • All returned items must be received by losfelizdispensary.com within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after a 30-day period.
  • Please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.
  • Please include order number in any email regarding returned merchandise.

We do our best to present the most accurate description of our products on our website, but sometimes we make mistakes. We're all humans, sorta. All imagery, product description, pricing, and availability are subject to change. All payment reimbursements will be applied to original payment method. No exceptions.

If you have specific questions that are not made clear, please email us at orders@losfelizdispensary.com.

If you're returning an item that was given to you as a GIFT and you are NOT the original buyer, please give us a heads up. We are able to exchange gifts for other items of equal or lesser value based on their availability. If any, please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All items purchased from losfelizdispensary.com are sold and shipped from the USA. International buyers assume all responsibility for international shipping charges in addition to all local taxes, VAT, duties, and / or tariffs. By completing international order process, buyer assumes responsibility to pay any associated charges, if applicable.

International shipments can get a bit tricky depending on destination country. losfelizdispensary.com ships primarily through the United States Post Office and can only provide tracking information while merchandise is in country of shipping origin. Once an international order has left the country of origin, USA, all inquiries about said order must be taken up with local customs and parcel delivery services.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, losfelizdispensary.com is unable to pay for international exchanges. International buyers must pay for any shipping associated with any exchanged item. Any duties and taxes will not have to be paid again during the exchange.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made within 3 days after any returned merchandise has been received. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. A confirmation of your refund will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
